2010 Biketrial International Union World Championships
At the recent 2010 Biketrial International Union World Championships held over two rounds in Spain and Italy Great Britain had a fantastic 1 - 2 result in the Poussin (7 to 9 year old) category.
Nine year old Charlie Rolls took two wins and the championship in style. He was followed home by eight year old Adam Morewood who had a second place in Spain and Fourth place in Italy with both of them pushing the Japanese rider Seiya Ujikawa (nephew of Takahashi Fujinami) into third place.
A total of 20 competitors took part in this class from 7 countries throughout the world.
Britain’s other successes included
Minime category: 21st place Tom Oliver
Junior category: 4th place Sam Oliver
Senior category: 18th David Kerr, 19th James Sheridan
Elite category: 6th Ben Savage, 13th Scott Wilson
